Coverage

The dataset contains 2,373 source-linked long-format records, four contractual cohorts and 38 preliminary release rules. The section/exhibit index in the dashboard distinguishes targeted reads, search screening, unreviewed and deferred material. Targeted provisions in 24 exhibits were reviewed; this is not a complete legal abstraction.

Unresolved data

• IPO primary/secondary/option sizes, pricing and initial public float.
• Final A/N outstanding balances, net IPO RSU delivery and withholding.
• Actual cohort quantities, complete holder assignments and overlapping restrictions.
• Prospectus, effectiveness, first trading and closing dates; actual earnings anchors.
• First-pair cumulative-cap interpretation, redacted financing terms and deferred agreements.

Chart interpretation

The combined area chart is an illustrative, editable weighted cohort mix. The default 25% per group is hypothetical. It does not measure reported public float, realized sales or actual share quantities. Terminal rules release remaining balances and suppress later rules.

Evidence limitations

Source evidence was retained through reader/proxy text and HTML extractions, not downloaded as original SEC-file bytes. 1,409 original agent quote strings remain flagged as nonmatching. Supplemental exact source spans support selected table cells. Structural checks and text matching do not independently verify every numerical interpretation.
